Our products make wonderful gifts and if you would like to send an item that you have purchased to someone who lives in another country or another city the Tidygift Special Gift Service can help you.

If the person lives in one of the 94 countries served by Thailand Post EMS courier service you can request that the item should be delivered directly to them from our warehouse in Thailand.  If you wish to add a special greeting and message and up-load a photograph we can provide that service free of charge.  You will just need to fill in the details at the check-out stage.  Tidygift will print your greeting and message and put it with the item you have purchased and send it on your behalf.  When the item has been received we will send you and email to let you know that the item has been delivered by or collected from their local Post Office.

The list of countries served by the EMS service is listed below.  Delivery depends on the local situation but normally takes 7 working days for EMS service.

If your item weighs less than 2000 grams other delivery options may be available depending upon the destination address e.g., Air Mail (Registered) service delivery is normally within 10 working days and Small Packet Air (registered) service delivery is normally within 15 working days.

Important: Depending on local conditions the recipient may be asked to pay local taxes/ duties when the parcel is delivered to or collected from the Post Office.  These charges cannot be paid by Tidygift and they must be paid by the recipient.
